Registration Opportunities Becoming Limited for ICAS Air Show & Air Boss Academies

As registrations for the ICAS Air Show and Air Boss Academies, scheduled for April 3-5, continue to accelerate, ICAS urges those interested to secure their spots before it's too late. This year’s academy offers an unparalleled opportunity to gain in-depth insights into the inner workings of one of the country’s top air shows—Aviation Nation Air Show at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada.

The Air Show Academy provides attendees with exclusive, behind-the-scenes access to a top air show, where they will learn directly from experienced event organizers. The program covers planning, budgeting, sponsorships, marketing, contracts, logistics, security, and emergency response. To maintain the high standards established over the past 25 years, the class size is limited to 35 individuals, with more than half of the spots already filled.

For those interested in becoming an Air Boss, the Air Boss Academy offers real-world training, including direct mentorship from a Recognized Air Boss. Participants will engage in pre-show briefings, hands-on training, and live air show operations. This program is particularly beneficial for prospective Air Bosses and those seeking FAA LoA renewal or upgrades. Enrollment is limited to 15 participants.
