Blue Angel Documentary Coming to IMAX and Prime Video in May | April 12th, 2024 |
 Amazon Studios has announced the coming release of a new IMAX documentary titled "The Blue Angels" featuring, you guessed it, the U.S. Navy Blue Angels. The film promises a vivid visual journey through the team's air show season, from rigorous training to their high-energy performances. Immersive footage, shot in part by cinematographer and 2022 ICAS panelist Kevin LaRosa, includes never before witnessed angles of the team's signature aerial maneuvers in flight. Produced by J.J. Abrams and Top Gun: Maverick star Glen Powell, the film is directed by award-winning filmmaker Paul Crowder.
