Thanks to a recent contract renewal, AirSupport, LLC will continue its decade-long relationship with Disabled American Veterans (DAV) during the 2013 air show season.
For ten years, AirSupport has helped DAV run an outreach program built around high visibility for DAV at air shows around the country. Traveling with a B-25 Mitchell Bomber and interactive mobile display to hundreds of air shows since 2003, the DAV Flight Team has worked to increase public awareness of disabled veterans and serve veterans in communities across the nation.
“Over the last ten seasons, the DAV Flight Team has reached millions of veterans and their families. Through this unique outreach vehicle, we have made our nation’s heroes and their loved ones aware of the free services we offer. It has helped us empower veterans to lead high quality lives with respect and dignity,” says Marc Burgess, Executive Director of DAV’s National Headquarters.
