The revised ICAS Bylaws proposed by the ICAS Board of Directors have been approved by a 13-to-one margin in electronic voting conducted during the month of June. Among other things, the new Bylaws require a minimum level of Board representation for event organizers, performers and event organizers; clarify some ambiguities in the nomination and voting process; and make specific provisions for electronic/internet voting. The Bylaws rewrite also includes corrections to numerous syntax and punctuation errors identified during the last several years. Click here |
