After some extensive negotiations with ICAS, the host hotel for the 2010 ICAS Convention has agreed to lower the group sleeping room rate to $99 per night.
“We keep an eye on market conditions in the days and weeks preceding our annual convention,” says ICAS President John Cudahy. “This year, the management at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel agreed that a price adjustment is in order.”
ICAS members who have already made their reservation within the ICAS block of rooms at a higher price will have their rate automatically adjusted to $99. Anybody who makes a reservation under the ICAS block of rooms during the next few weeks will receive the lower rate.
Telephone solicitations from organizations purporting to represent ICAS or the convention host hotel are scams. Terms are more restrictive and include penalties that rooms in the ICAS block do not include. We strongly discourage all ICAS members from making reservations in response to telephone solicitations.
