Maple Leaf Forum To Move, Expand

The one-hour Maple Leaf Forum traditionally held on Wednesday evening during the ICAS Convention will be expanded to four hours and moved to a new time slot this year. It is now scheduled for Monday, December 9 from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

“Our Canadian members have told us that the issues and topics they need to address together could not be covered in a single hour,” says ICAS President John Cudahy. “So, working with Jim Reith, our Canadian representative on the ICAS Board, we looked for alternatives, discussed them with Canadian members, and settled on late Monday morning/early Monday afternoon as the best spot for the reformatted Maple Leaf Forum.”

Although the precise agenda will be discussed and finalized during the summer and settled in the fall, ICAS wanted to get early word out to all of our Canadian members about the change in schedule because, for some, it may require that they arrive in Las Vegas earlier on Monday than they otherwise would have. Watch this space for additional details, but count on the expanded Maple Leaf Forum taking place from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 9.
