ICAS Convention Begins Five Weeks From Today

In just five weeks, the air show community will gather at the iconic Caesars Palace Hotel in Las Vegas for the 2023 ICAS Convention, December 4-7. 

The exhibit hall is sold out. Hotel rooms are being reserved at a record pace. We’ve received more convention registrations at the five-week out mark than ever before. All of our leading indicators are pointing toward a hugely successful event with strong turn-out as the air show community continues its recovery from the challenges and deprivations of the COVID pandemic.

Highlights include more than ten hours of dedicated exhibit hall sessions, the announcement of the 2024 military performance schedules, our first-ever toga party, and an education program that includes more than 60 hours of workshops, break-out sessions, seminars and roundtable discussions.

• As mentioned, the 55,000 square foot ICAS Convention exhibit hall has been sold out for more than two months. So, sadly, there is no exhibit space available to organizations wishing to conduct business on the trade show floor.
