Air Show Community to Converge On Vegas | December 1st, 2021 |
As the North American air show community wakes up from its tryptophan-induced coma and dusts off its suitcases in preparation for next week’s trip to Vegas, ICAS is putting the finishing touches on what promises to be an historic 54th annual convention and the first live convention since December of 2019. More than 1,300 air show professionals are expected to be in attendance for this year’s big event, an indication of the enthusiasm ICAS members are bringing to the 2022 air show season. Veteran ICAS members are expecting attendance next year to be the highest it has been in a generation. And the 2022 ICAS Convention will serve as the principal planning event for our industry’s historic comeback season. “In addition to looking forward to being with one another again for the first time in two years, it’s clear that our members are eager to dig into the details of planning their 2022 event and schedules,” said ICAS President John Cudahy. “And we have developed a convention that is purpose-built to help them do that.” |
