ICAS Holds Virtual Convention Webinar | November 12th, 2020 |
On, Wednesday, November 11, ICAS held a live webinar to preview some of the exciting features that are included in our upcoming 2020 ICAS Virtual Convention. The short, 35-minute webinar allows ICAS members to gain insight into how the virtual convention will be set up, including education sessions, communication options, and our virtual exhibit hall. As ICAS will be hosting instructional webinars later this month to help members set up their profiles and navigate the software, this webinar is meant to be a “30,000-foot view” of the software platform and some of its capabilities. Attendees were able to ask questions throughout the webinar via the chatbox, with a Q&A session that followed the presentation. “A large portion of our members have been coming to the convention for many years, so it’s understandable that they may be uneasy or unclear about what to expect from a virtual convention,” says Marketing and Communications Director Adam Glowaski. “This session – and a number of others that we will offer between now and the first week of December – is intended to make all of our members more comfortable with the structure, content and navigability of the virtual convention platform.” To watch the webinar that was recorded on November 11, please use this link: https://youtu.be/cXoxqENhokI. |
