RAF RED ARROWS ANNOUNCE SHOW DATES FOR 2019 NORTH AMERICAN TOUR | February 8th, 2019 |
 London, UK – The Royal Air Force Red Arrows today announced the air shows at which they will perform during their 2019 summer tour of North America. The North American tour, which will be identified as Western Hawk 19, will begin with an appearance at Aero Gatineau-Ottawa in Gatineau, Quebec near Ottawa on August 13. The RAF Red Arrows will then perform at the Chicago Air & Water Show on August 17-18 in Chicago, Illinois; the Atlantic City Air Show “Thunder Over The Boardwalk” on August 21 in Atlantic City, New Jersey; the New York Air Show on August 24-25 in New Windsor, New York; the Canadian International Air Show on August 31-September 2 in Toronto, Ontario; the Spirit of St. Louis Air Show & STEM Expo on September 7-8 in St. Louis, Missouri; the Oregon International Air Show on September 21-22 in Portland, Oregon; and The Great Pacific Airshow on October 5-6 in Huntington Beach, California. In addition to performances at Canadian and U.S. air shows, the team will also be making visits to local schools and meeting with business leaders to promote the United Kingdom and the team’s mission. Although the team has appeared at one or two North American shows within the last few years, the last Red Arrows North American tour was in 1993 - more than a quarter century ago.
