 The keynote address for the 2015 ICAS Convention will be delivered by Yvonne Camus, a Canadian adventurer who participated in and finished the Eco-Challenge expedition race on the South Pacific island of Borneo. Racing on foot, zipline, bicycle and horseback, in kayaks, canoes and sailboats, through jungles, rivers and ocean waters during a race that covered 325 miles over 11 days, Yvonne and her teammates were one of just 34 teams -- and the only rookie team -- to finish the Borneo race. A talented and entertaining speaker, Yvonne will draw on her career as a successful business executive and her experiences in preparing for and competing in the grueling endurance race to discuss teamwork, human achievement and the challenges of living a high performance life.
