U.S.A.F. Air Combat Command has posted the Flight Support Manual that air show event organizers use to properly support ACC aircraft that participate in their shows.
Although the Air Force single-ship demo programs were scaled back dramatically for the 2012 air show season, the F-22 Raptor is still flying full demonstrations at more than two-dozen shows this year. In addition, the Air Force is tasking F-16s, A-10s and F-4s with supporting Heritage Flight demonstrations. If your show will be hosting any ACC aircraft during the 2012 air show season, make sure that you have a copy of the support manual. And, if you don’t, visit this website to get the most current version.
